THE OPPORTUNITY

Director of Channel Sales, APJ

As Director of APJ Channel Sales, you will be the central leadership figure shaping Recorded Future’s partner-led strategy across Asia-Pacific & Japan. Working closely with the VP of APJ Sales and regional sales directors, you will:

  • Lead our reseller and distribution ecosystem

  • Strengthen alliances with MSSPs, System Integrators, and Services Partners

  • Build and scale a theatre-wide partner program delivering predictable revenue

  • Enable deep alignment with internal revenue and product teams

You will lead a regional team expected to scale to ~7–8 channel leaders — building the infrastructure and execution rhythms that accelerate growth.

  • Significant increase in partner-sourced pipeline and enterprise ARR

  • Strong, executive-level partner relationships across Japan, ANZ, and SEA

  • Harmonised partner strategy aligned with global priorities

  • Data-driven program execution and visibility across the field

  • A channel organisation known for excellence, agility, and delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead channel strategy across APJ to exceed revenue and sourcing targets

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate Channel & Partner Account Managers regionally

  • Design and roll out a theatre-wide channel sales program with governance and scale

  • Drive joint planning and GTM motions with GSIs, MSSPs, and key resellers

  • Maintain strong internal alignment across Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Enablement

  • Use insights, data, and market signals to optimise partner performance and ROI

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years in channel sales leadership roles in cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise tech

  • Deep APJ market knowledge and strong regional partner networks

  • Demonstrated results delivering revenue, KPIs, and team performance

  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing channel talent

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgement

  • Skilled in Salesforce-driven reporting and forecasting accuracy
