How AI is Transforming Executive Recruitment in APAC (And Why Trust Still Wins)

The race for top GTM talent in APAC has never been more competitive. At the same time, AI recruitment tools have rapidly changed how fast companies can identify and engage potential leaders across markets.


According to LinkedIn data, 75 percent of hiring teams globally are already using AI to improve candidate sourcing and screening. McKinsey estimates that companies using AI in talent acquisition can reduce hiring costs by up to 30 percent while improving time-to-hire by 40 percent.
